Season Brochure Advertising
Thank you for considering advertising with us in our season brochure. These will be used as the cover for the program at each performance, as a mail piece, and in brochure racks. The smallest advertisement is 1/8th page, approximately business card sized, all the way up to a full page. You will be sent a link for a cloud folder to which you can upload a .jpg, .png, .tif, or .pdf file. A final version of the brochure will be sent to you to review. We will be printing 2000 copies for use at concerts and distribution to various mailling lists and placement in some businesses. With each ad placement you will receive two (2) season tickets. DEADLINE: EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 7th In addition, you may purchase an enhancement for social media/web based advertising. Prior to each concert series we send an email announcement for the concert 4 - 6 weeks in advance. The web enhancement will have your ad featured on these email announcements and we will follow this with a series of social media posts once per week for three weeks prior to each concert where your support of our organization will be featured. Estimated impressions up to 5,000 for the year.
